1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a vvji account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager through vvji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and vvji.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or use the vvji platform in any capacity. Continued use of vvji after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a vvji account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations for casino-style real-money gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person — corporate or organizational accounts are not permitted.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing vvji from, a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close associate of vvji or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously had a vvji account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. vvji reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Management

Each player may hold only one active vvji account at any time. If vvji identifies that a player holds or has attempted to create multiple accounts, all accounts beyond the first may be suspended without notice, and any balances or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. vvji will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where such access resulted from the player's failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify vvji immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach affecting your credentials. Reports should be directed to vvji's 24/7 live support team. vvji will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon notification.

vvji reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, where the account is suspected of involvement in fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, technical exploitation, or any other activity in breach of these Terms.

5. Deposits & Payments

vvji accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. No maximum deposit limit applies at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.

All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in the same name as the vvji account. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed at vvji's discretion, with associated funds held pending identity verification.

Deposited funds are credited to your vvji wallet in Philippine Peso. vvji does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. vvji is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

6. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at vvji is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. vvji does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Before any withdrawal is processed, the player's account must have completed the KYC verification process to vvji's satisfaction. This requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document and may include additional documentation at vvji's discretion.

Funds derived from active bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established. Real-money deposits not associated with a bonus are not subject to additional wagering conditions.

vvji targets withdrawal processing times of under five minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are subject to standard interbank processing times. Processing time targets are not contractual guarantees and may be exceeded during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

vvji reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that exhibit patterns consistent with money laundering activity.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

vvji offers bonuses and promotions at its discretion. The specific terms applicable to any individual promotion — including the bonus amount, wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry period, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings — are stated within that promotion's offer documentation and form part of these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions that apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside the wagering requirement framework.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account unless the promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money wallet funds unless vvji specifies otherwise.
• Wagering on live sports markets with odds below 1.50 will not contribute to bonus wagering requirements unless expressly stated.
• vvji reserves the right to void and recover bonus funds where abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms is detected.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on vvji are supplied by licensed third-party game providers. The rules applicable to each game are the rules published by the relevant provider for that game. In the event of any conflict between game rules and these Terms on a point specific to a game, the game provider's rules prevail for that specific point.

All game outcomes on vvji are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning processes under camera supervision. vvji does not modify game code or alter the RTP parameters set by providers.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including but not limited to server disconnection, incomplete game round processing, or display errors — the round outcome as recorded on vvji's server logs shall be the definitive result. vvji's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the complaint escalation process described in section 14.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vvji platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity or in a manner designed to conceal the origins of those funds (money laundering).
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform in place of genuine manual play.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in games or platform software for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or any game where such collusion affects outcomes to the detriment of vvji or other players.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual at any point during registration or verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access vvji from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under local law.
• Facilitating access to the platform for individuals under the age of 21.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the vvji platform — including but not limited to software, game graphics, logos, text, layout, design, trademarks, and brand assets — is the property of vvji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vvji platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the vvji platform without express prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vvji's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the player to their vvji account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

vvji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the vvji platform, even if vvji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

vvji is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, mobile network disruptions, or device performance that affects gameplay. Players in areas with variable LTE coverage — including some parts of Mindanao and the Visayas — should be aware that disconnections during live game rounds are subject to the server-log resolution policy in section 8.

13. Termination

You may close your vvji account at any time by submitting a written request to vvji's support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, vvji will process any outstanding verified withdrawal balance to your registered payment method and close the account. Accounts subject to an active investigation or pending withdrawal verification may have closure delayed pending resolution of those matters.

vvji may suspend or permanently close your account with or without notice in the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity affecting vvji or other players.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months where no gaming activity has occurred.
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed by vvji due to player breach, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings held in the account shall be forfeited. Real-money deposit balances will be assessed for return on a case-by-case basis according to the circumstances of the closure.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through vvji's internal complaint resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

To initiate a formal complaint regarding a game outcome, transaction dispute, or account matter, players should contact vvji's support team in the first instance. vvji will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Where a dispute remains unresolved following vvji's internal process, players may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in the Philippines.

15. Amendments

vvji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email to the address registered to the account and/or through a prominent notice on the vvji platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amendments take effect.

Continued use of the vvji platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.
